Account Manager - Montréal
What You’ll Do:
Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
• Master Locala’s suite of products (Fusio DSP, DTS advertising campaigns, proprietary audiences, etc.) to craft strategic solutions for brands and media agencies based on their goals and challenges.
• Take full ownership of campaign sales initiatives, including:
• Conducting strategic market research and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
• Coordinating RFP processes and briefing relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborating with sales representatives, traders, and other account managers to identify and develop new digital opportunities driven by consumer needs and emerging trends.
• Oversee projects with the design team at Locala Studio to deliver top-tier creative executions.
• Strategize with the Sales team to uncover untapped opportunities and enhance prospecting efforts.
• Stay informed about the latest innovations in the adtech market.
Post-Sales Responsibilities:
• Proactively address customer needs and concerns to foster strong client relationships.
• Develop and present performance reports, benchmarking results against similar campaigns to provide actionable insights.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with trading teams to monitor campaign performance and utilize data-driven results to identify upsell opportunities.
• Respond to client inquiries while identifying potential new business opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Manage projects with the design team to ensure the delivery of outstanding creative outputs.
• Partner with cross-functional internal teams (Data, Marketing, Studio, and Product Services) to enhance the overall customer experience and provide basic technical guidance to clients when needed.
Your Profile:
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of the media agency landscape.
• Familiarity with digital tracking solutions (e.g., DCM, IAS, MOAT, Nielsen, The Trade Desk, etc.).
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets and translating them into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven client-facing experience with an aptitude for building and maintaining relationships.
• Relationship-driven with the ability to engage partners, start-ups, and executives effectively.
• Comfortable in a start-up environment, adaptable to global challenges, and equipped with a problem-solving and resourceful mindset.
