Locala are looking for an Office Assistant in Categorie Protette - Categorie Protette (disability greater than 45%) reporting to our Managing Director based in Milan.
The role will involve:
Office Management
- Run the Milan office, maintain and develop relationship with employees to understand their expectations and keep an open communication at all times.
- Purchasing office supplies
- Remit payment of monthly bills and all operating expenses in a timely manner
- Follow procedures in accordance to our T&E policy
- Keep every space clean and organized to improve the team productivity, the office services and safety
- Maintain good relationships and contracts with suppliers, vendors and clients
- Create and maintain a positive culture for employees, and a high level of employee engagement.
Event, Travel & Hospitality
- Proactively manage, coordinate and organize internal and external events, social activities and charitable giving, finding creative ways to delight our employees and our clients within our budget and operational constraints
- Book and register conferences for various team as needed, including travel and accommodation
- Proactively anticipate food & beverage needs for team, and whenever guests are present
- Track detailed budgets for a travel on a per project basis.
HR support
- Order Ticket restaurant
- Support on onboarding process of new employee
Qualifications
- You bring at least 2–3 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, strong interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Resourceful and proactive, you are able to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments, you can adapt easily to varied demands.
