ROLE
Reporting to the Global VP Customer Success, the Insights & Analytics Manager holds a pivotal position in the organization. They contribute to the company’s prospecting efforts while providing thorough analysis, insights, and recommendations in relation to top-priority industries and/or advertisers identified by the local Sales leads. They are responsible for developing and pushing further our local-territorial expertise fueled by geo-spatial data. In addition, they support our Account Management teams during the post-sales stages. Their focus is aligned with the sales’ prospected targets and the existing clients' segmentation. Most of their time is spent on Tier 1 prospects (as defined by local Sales Leads) and/or Tier 1 existing clients (based on Planhat client tiering).
The preferred work arrangement for this role is a hybrid schedule based out of the Miami office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-sales:
- Provides market insights/market trends fueled by internal data (campaign data and/or Locala Planning data) to the Sales team to accelerate deal closures. Industries/verticals to be defined with the Sales leads in Q1 each year
- Works alongside the Marketing Team to develop the company's content strategy. Provides relevant content based on internal existing data (campaign data and/or Locala Planning data) to the marketing team
- Assists in/leads Product demos (Locala Planning) when necessary - primary focus on Tier 1 prospects (list to be provided each quarter by local Sales leads)
- Elaboration of custom decks for Tier 1 prospects (list to be provided each quarter by the local Sales leads)
- Provides ongoing input to the sales leads on ways to improve our insights and analytics offering to better meet client needs
- Responsible for technical improvement of any sales enablement collateral (co-built with the Sales enablement team in the region)
Post-sales:
- Aligns with local Heads of Customer Success leads to develop and package measurement insights reports
- Co-builds and co-presents post-sales reports for our Tier 1 client segment (based on Planhat client tiering) reports with local customer success teams
- Trains the AM teams on how to use advanced insights to improve upsell
- Builds upsell recommendations/suggestions for our Tier 1 client segment (based on Planhat client tiering) to build customer loyalty
- Co-builds and co-presents QBR/YBR on Tier 1 client segment (based on Planhat client tiering)
- Tableau training for the AMs + documenting processes for how to pull data on their own
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
- 3+ years experience in the ad tech/digital advertising
- Strong understanding of Media Agency landscape
- Client facing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel & working with large data sets

- Base Compensation for this role is $85,000-100,000 with up to $15,000 in bonuses
