Reporting to the Head of Advertising Designer based in Italy, the Senior Advertising Designer is responsible for creating impactful visual concepts and ads that clearly communicate the message of our clients’ brands.
Working closely with Account Managers, Sales, and Trading teams, the Senior Advertising Designer develops compelling creatives that catch consumers’ attention and elevate campaign performance. Beyond execution, we’re looking for someone with strong creative instincts, able to push boundaries, bring fresh ideas, and challenge the status quo to deliver standout ad experiences.
This role is central to Locala’s mission to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns. You will work with an omnichannel mindset, creating ads across the full consumer journey while leveraging the latest technologies to maximize engagement and performance.
Your Role :
• Design and develop digital ad formats using Adobe Suite and our proprietary Ask Locala Ad Builder, aligned with client needs.
• Apply and adapt clients’ brand guidelines across digital ads (mobile, desktop, DOOH, CTV).
• Create clean, effective layouts and designs that enhance user experience.
• Understand and navigate constraints and technical limitations within mobile environments.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain smooth communication and cohesive creative output.
• Track and analyze ad performance to ensure creatives deliver results and exceed client expectations.
• Research consumer behaviors, market trends, and emerging technologies that could enhance creative effectiveness.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to bring new, bold, and innovative ideas to future advertising experiences or services.
Knowledge Required :
• Basic fundamentals of HTML5 and CSS3 integration are mandatory.
• High level of Photoshop and After Effects required, with good knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
• Ideally minimum 5 years of agency experience or equivalent.
• Professional French and English mandatory.
• Experience working with global brands and delivering impactful campaigns.
